Returns & Refunds
Stock Health accepts Returns in certain circumstances. It is, however, the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all details of an order are correct and accurate prior to purchase. If you are unsure about any aspect of your order, please contact our staff in Bandon for additional support.
On receipt of your order, please check you are satisfied it is correct, in good condition and store as advised immediately. Returns are only accepted if you contact our team in Bandon prior to returning the product(s).
In order to return any animal medicines, Stock Health needs to be certain that the product(s) was stored correctly and as advised at all times i.e. refrigerated, away from sunlight etc before accepting the product back. The final decision on whether or not to accept a return in these instances shall rest solely with Stock Health.
